We only accept listings for places and events from businesses (excluding event companies, ticket agencies and other agencies looking to list multiple listings for their clients/customers), not private individuals.
All free, standard, premium and unlimited listings are subject to our terms and conditions.
Free
Free listings are listed for life without any subscription charges, however any changes or updates, once submitted, require a small administration charge in line with our terms and conditions. If you require changes or updates to your listing, please use our ‘edit listing’ feature. Listings on our website are only available for businesses, private listings for places and/or events will not be accepted.
Standard
Your Standard Listing will be automatically renewed every 12 months unless cancelled before you renewal date. You can cancel any time in line with our terms and conditions. If you require changes or updates to your listing, please use our ‘edit listing’ feature. Listings on our website are only available for businesses, private listings for places and/or events will not be accepted.
Premium
Your Premium Listing will be automatically renewed every 12 months unless cancelled before you renewal date. You can cancel any time in line with our terms and conditions. If you require changes or updates to your listing, please use our ‘edit listing’ feature. Listings on our website are only available for businesses, private listings for places and/or events will not be accepted.
Unlimited
Your Unlimited Listing will be automatically renewed every 12 months unless cancelled before you renewal date. You can cancel any time in line with our terms and conditions. If you require changes or updates to your listing, please use our ‘edit listing’ feature. Listings on our website are only available for businesses, private listings for places and/or events will not be accepted. While your Unlimited listing remains active, you will have access to list as many events as you need for your business. If you cancel your unlimited subscription with us, all events will continue to run until they expire, however we reserve the right to remove these listings if we decide the event end date has been deliberately changed to stay listed longer than the actual event.
Sponsored Listings
Sponsored placement in comparison to other sponsored listings will be based on date descending order and the category you are listed in.
Featured Listings
Featured placement in comparison to other featured listings will be based on a random order where every visit to the page will display featured events & listings by random on page refresh.
Edit a Listing
Changes are only ‘like for like’, for example if a free listing does not contain your website address, it will not be added if you request it without a Standard, Premium or Unlimited subscription. Proof of your association with the business in question is required for all edits to be made. Listings on our website are only available for businesses, private listings for places and/or events will not be accepted.
Listing Removal
If you would prefer not to be listed on our website, please use the removal form to select your listing and request removal. Please note we require verification to prove you are the owner of a business listed on our website. All requests for removal will be reviewed by one of our team before processing your request. This strict process is to avoid abuse by users trying to remove listings maliciously.
Event Listings
Your event will last the lifetime of the event from the start date to the end date of the event. If you require changes or updates to your event, please use our ‘edit event’ feature. Events on our website are only available for businesses, private listings for places and/or events will not be accepted.
Sponsored Events

All listings and/or events may be removed by us at any time if we believe they are inappropriate or not suitable for our audience. If we remove a listing or event we reserve the right to withhold any refund. In the event a listing or event submitted is inappropriate (such as featuring pornographic material of any kind), no refund will be given and you will be banned from any future listings.
Listing Renewal Cancellations
Your listing will be automatically renewed if you do not cancel your renewal in advance of the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by visiting the My Account section of our website and cancelling your active subscription. Please note refunds will not be given for current active listings cancelled before their renewal date. If you require your listing to be removed, please request a listing removal or an event removal from our website.

Advertising
We provide a variety of advertising locations within our website to promote your business to our viewers. If we reject your advertisement we reserve the right to withhold any refund. In the event an advertisement submitted is inappropriate (such as featuring pornographic material of any kind), no refund will be given and you will be banned from any future listings.
Adverts are booked on a monthly basis and we cannot guarantee your required month will be available at the time of booking. If a month is already booked in advance of your booking, we will contact you with an alternative month to be featured.
